  • What payment options do you offer?

  • When will I receive my item(s)? 

    Your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days. For optical lenses or custom-made contact lenses we require an additional (maximum) 6 working days and our team will be in touch with you to give you all the related details.
  • Where do you ship from? 

    All our orders are shipped from our facilities in Dubai.
  • Are there any shipping costs? 

    No, all our shipments and returns within the UAE are totally free of charge.
  • What can I do if I want to return my order? 

    You can request a return by sending an email to info@optifashion.com and our Customer Service will arrange for a pick up via our partner courier. For further information we invite you to read our Return and Refund Policy page.
  • When will I receive my refund? 

    Refunds are processed within approximately 10 working days from the date we received your return. The refund will be credited back into the same credit card you used to pay your original purchase. If you have paid by cash on delivery you will receive an e-voucher to be used in Optifashion.com within 12 months. For more information have a look at our Return and Refund Policy page.
  • How can I contact the customer service team?

  • How do I check the status of my order? 

    After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your order. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved you can track its status from your Optifashion Account Dashboard. If you don’t have one you can create it by clicking on “Account” and “Create an Account”. Make sure you create it before confirming the order so all details can be stored.

    If you don’t want to create an account, no problems we can send you updates on your order status via email (i.e.: confirmed, under process, invoice copy, shipped etc).

  • How will my order be packaged? 

    Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective sealed box to ensure it arrives to you in perfect conditions. You will receive it inside its original case along with the original microfiber-cleaning cloth.
  • How long is the warranty period? 

    Every purchase from Optifashion has a warranty period of one year starting from the date of the purchase. During the warranty period Optifashion will be able to repair the product with a manufacturing defect at no charge. For more details check-out our Terms and Conditions page.
  • How can I take care of my glasses? 

    Below you can find some simple maintenance advice that will help you to take care of your eyewear:

    1. Do not forget to clean your glasses.
    Try to always use the microfiber cleaning-cloth Optifashion provides you with rather than any other material (such as towels or paper cloths). It will help you to properly remove the dirt.

    2. Always keep your glasses in their protective case.
    With your glasses you will receive their original branded case, so why not use it? This simple precaution will help you to prevent damage and scratches.

    3. Avoid wearing your glasses on top of your head.
    This is a bad habit many people have; the risk is that the nose-pads can be damaged and temples can widen and fall off more easily. It’s not worth it, right?

    4. Avoid excessive heat.
    Leaving your glasses exposed to excessive heat, for example inside your car in Summertime, can lead to a distortion of its frame or damage the lenses.
