The lens size is the main indicator of the fitting of the sunglass or frame that you have chosen. If possible, crosscheck the size of your existing glasses to have an idea of what could be the best size for you. Here below you can see an indication of the fitting.

The Temple lenght measures the length of the temple from the hinge to the tip of the temple in a straight position. Size length generally changes in intervals of 5mm. i.e. 130 mm, 135mm.
